Wesnoth 1.8.1 is a bugfix release for the stable 1.8 branch. The main change does affect multiplayer users by reintroducing the old lobby as (default) option. If a user wants to use the new lobby, the corresponding preference entry has to be changed. Some other important multiplayer related errors (eg. “Missing WML Child”) were fixed, too.

Windows and Max OS X versions of The Battle for Wesnothversion 1.8.1 is available for download now.
